This information helps us match you with a Merchant Provider (we refer to all of these as Partners or Merchant Service Providers) who can meet your processing needs. Under no circumstances will CardBridge disclose any personal information about you with any person or organization (except as authorized by you, to the participating Merchant Provider Partners).

1. Who We Are. CardBridge is the only online marketplace that connects Merchants seeking credit card processing services to Merchant Service Providers who compete for their business in a real-time online bidding environment.
2. Information We Collect. The confidential information we collect is not sold to or shared with any person or organization except as authorized by you. Information is provided only to participating Merchant Service Providers or other parties involved in your transaction to facilitate the acquisition of offers from those parties, or as may be required by law or court order.
3.Technical information we collect. In order for us to ensure that we are providing the best possible consumer experience on the CardBridge website, we collect and track certain user information. This information is used to improve the performance and integrity of the website.
4. How your information is used. We use the information you provide to assist our Partners in providing you with the most accurate merchant processing quotes. You contact information is not shared with anyone outside of the CardBridge Merchant Provider Network. Additionally, we only share direct contact information with select preferred network partners.
5. Sharing information with our participating Merchant Service Providers. At your direction (when you click on the "Submit" button), the information that you provide us will be sent through the CardBridge system and presented to (up to) four participating Partners who offer the types of services that meet your processing needs. We do not reveal your name and contact information until you accept an offer.
6. Altering Information You Submit Through the CardBridge Web Site. CardBridge puts you in control of your experience on our Web sites. You are allowed to change or update your information as required. If you are unable to accomplish this online, you may contact our Customer Care Department for assistance.
7. Security. CardBridge sites have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of
information submitted to our website.
