We keep our partners identities confidential to insure your privacy and maintained. Each of our partners have been evaluated to insure top-notch customer service and quality.

Is there a Fee if I accept an offer?
NO. Not from CardBridge. You will need to review the offer to see if their are set-up fees involved by the Merchant Provider.

What about my current processing terminal?
If you currently lease your terminal then you will most likely be required to return the terminal. Your new provider can usually supply you with the same terminal or a better terminal immediately.

If you own your current terminal, then the new merchant service provider will assist in reprogramming that terminal or provide you with options for a new terminal.

What happens when I accept an offer?
The following happens when you accept an offer:
(1) You will receive an email confirming your choice
(2) The merchant service provider will receive an email notification of acceptance
(3) The merchant service provider will contact you via phone to assist in setting up your new merchant account.

What kind of payment types do Merchant Providers give offers on?
VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Each of our merchant partners offer numerous other payment options such as Check Processing, Debit Cards, etc.

We are located outside of the United States, can I submit for bidding?
Yes. Make sure and select "Company Located Outside United States" in the drop down menu on the submission form.

If we accept an offer, does that mean we are approved?
No. It means that you have been pre-qualified and if all information you submitted is correct and verifiable then you will be approved with the rates supplied. Each merchant will need to go through the merchant service providers underwriting policies prior to final approval.

Can the Merchant Service Provider raise the initially offered fees?
Yes. If information you provided was not 100% correct then they may need to adjust the fee structure accordingly but you will have the opportunity to not accept the offer if that is the case. Rate & Fees quoted are based on basic information and may require assumptions as to credit rating, past chargeback history, ect. The Associations; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover may raise their fee structure which may effect your fees with any Merchant Service Provider.

How long does it take to start receiving offers?
You may start receiving offers with minutes of submitting the online form. Merchant Service Providers have up to 5 days to submit an offer. You will have 15 days from the day you submit the online form to accept any offer.

By Accepting an offer, does that decline all other offers?
Yes, the other merchant service providers will automatically be notified that you have deferred their offer.
